Poor management and horrible book keeper.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I lived here for 1 and half years and
I have some reservations.
1. Very Bad experience with book keeper
2. Threatened to move us out for her
mistake and did not even apologize
for her it, apart from adding fines
even after I pointed out it was her
mistake.
3. Poor management when it comes to
handling issues like the above.
4. They ate most of my security deposit.
Warning : Read the contract VERY VERY carefully (and understand it) before
signing. For some reason if some thing
goes wrong, they will threaten you to
move out with the copies of the contract
you signed. BE EXTRA cautious.
Good stuff :
Much better complex than Harbor cove.
(I mean it !)
Did not have any problems with maintenance
requests. All the requests were completed
within the reasonable time.
Hmm.. I will not recommend though.
