EXPENSIVE !!!!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Tons of hidden costs - water, trash that you don't expect at all. They don't lie about it, but don't point it out when you're signing the lease. AND they don't allow you to break the lease for any reason, not even an emergency or a tragedy. The management is really really tough to deal with, and downright rude like they're doing you a favour by letting you live there. Place to be avoided for sure.
