Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Place very noisy, rental consultants very arrogant. Water bill is a killer.
The month I moved (last March 2004), I saw lots of tenants leaving BC apart like us, I found a bigger and more quiet place for much less.
Beware of the deposit scam outlined in an earlier reveiw. Unfortunately, did not read that myself before shifting out.
At that time I was not aware I could find such reviews site like this one.
Do not make the same mistake.
