Nice Place to live, unfriendly staff From: johnar44 Date posted: 12/31/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   The management and staff at the Coves is unfriendly, non communicative once you are a tenant. With rent prices falling, the staff has become rude to any current tenant asking for reduction in rents and have forced many people to leave. The staff is friendly only if u havent yet signed the lease agreement. Have been hearing horror stories about the non return of deposit money. Also, very poor lighting especially near bushes and outside doors. Security hazard.
