Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Very noisy in and out.
Way too expensive, mngt VERY arrogant. (Much less smiles after you've signed)

Water bill is the most unfair I have ever seen.
Be carreful with your deposit.
Lots of people are leaving, so we did.
