Greedy management From: buddytoo Date posted: 2/21/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Not a good place to live since the management is more interested in getting what they can than being fair. We moved out earlier this year and did not receive any of our deposit money back though we took great pains to care for everything well for the year we lived there. My wife and I even bought throw rugs to protect the carpet but they automatically reclean carpets and repaint (supposedly) even if you haven't dirtied the walls or hung pictures. For those "services", they overcharge and eat up your deposit money. We're out the $450 and have never encountered that kind of blatent greed before. Not recommended unless you're a masochist.
