The ants are non-stop, although management will send in exterminators if you ask for help. The shopping carts are understandable, but an eye sore. Yes, most of the people you see with them are indian and chinese....not that they are ALL. if you do decide to move in, hopefully your neighbors are not incense-burning-on-the-balcony-so-it-stinks, loud praying, late night karaoke singing neigbors. i swear, my neighbors smell like a spice factory blew up in their house.
