Don't live near 99 Ranch

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Whatever you do, don't get one of the places near the 99 Ranch Market. Their trash compactor/garbage people make unbeleivable noise at 5AM. Plus, you get the joy of having thousands of shopping carts outside your place, since its the closest to the market.
