After having read some of the other reviews, I wonder if some of these people live in the same complex! I find Beach Cove serene and well maintained. I have only had to make 1 maintenance request and it was handled within 1 day. My only complaint is the lack of professionalism on the part of the management staff. I moved in on a "move in special" and, when my year lease was up for renewal, I received no word from the office. I paid my rent as usual, only to get a snippy letter from the bookkeeper that I was $100 short on rent. I've never had my rent raised without some kind of notice, so this was uncool. I'd recommend Beach Cove, but just be careful to stay on top of all lease matters!
