No Water

Recently there have been 2 incidents of water stopping. No toilet, no sink, no shower. The first time lasted for about 12 hours. The second time is happening right now. Its been 1 hour. I have no problem with maintenance, but there was no prior warning. That is unprofessional. Water is a necessity and very inconvenient when you can't even go to the bathroom.
