Downstairs neighbor From: SadAtBeachCove Date posted: 9/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have been having problems with my downstairs neighbor. He is on the patio at night on the phone while trying to sleep. Very inconsiderate. Now has started buring inscents with all his windows and doors open and the smell is getting into my apartment. I like my apartment but not the neighbor. I am considering moving when my lease is up. If you are of a different nationality I think you would like it here. But if you are upper class white I suggest looking elsewhere.
