I agree very low standards From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   This place has changed so much. The gstandard of people that are living in this place has gone way down hill. I have been living here for a year and during that year I have notice a big change in the type of people moving in. I used to think this was nice place but I see it is becoming a slum of Foster City.
