Lived here a little over a year, and I agree with the two previous posters. My Rent is OK, and the apartment isn't horrible, but the neighbors that have moved in pretty much guarantee that I'm leaving. I think the previous poster put it well when he said this place is becoming the "ghetto of Foster City". I can deal with noise during normal hours, but when I have to listen to a screaming argument at 3 am (where every other word involves f*cker somehow) I think it's time to move on.
