worst place of Foster City Beware of cheaters and your credit history From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   We lived for almost 2years and the apartments are too old and crappy. Even there isn't any inhouse laundry.Our apartment gets wet for small down pour and some times we noticed molds too. The management never resolves issues within 24 hours. For everything we need to go and catch their necks. The closets are not even organised well. The laundry rooms are less and the traffic during weekends is too much. Just for laundry we have to spare a weekend.The cielings are very low rised and the kitchen is too small. My husband's lease actually got expired before I joined him. He was on a M2M term. When I joined him, we thought of signing a 3 month lease due to an uncertainity in his job. The manager korin she agreed for that and she said she need to check my credit history. Infact I have nothing as such. But still for my application she charged $27 and verified and got a lot of paper work done by us and unfortunately due to his layoff from job we gave them a notice of 20 days instead of 30 days and we vacated that apartment. While moving we lost our leasing papers. But later they had sent us a bill for $600, towards the rent of 10 days and extra amount over cleaning charges. Then we talked to korvin regarding our lease. she said there is nothing as such is existing on our name. We cleared that amount too as we didn't even have the papers and one day we got a call from a collection agency asking us to pay back the due amount for Beach Cove or they will report a bad credit to the credit reporting agency. That's our worst ever experience with apartment people in USA.
