Worst Apartment Experience Ever!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am living in Beachcove now and it is one of the heavily overpriced apartment complex I have ever lived. The apartment is very small and with absolutely no amenities at all. one of the laundry rooms is closed for more than 3 months now and I have walk really long (to the other end of the complex) to get my laundry done. For a rent closer to 1400, you would really expect more. They charge 35 dollars for a stupid electronic key to open those laundry rooms! The gym has been closed for nearly 3 months. Absolute waste of your time!! You could see mostly immigrants living in this complex. Because I guess the management can only lure the immigrants into renting these very very basic apartments for around 1400 dollars.. Water front community...huh..Kiss my ass!
