I have lived here for over a year. When i first moved here, the office staff had someone named Jeremy working there. That guy was the best. He took care of tenants. This new person Korin, what a joke and let me tell you the people that are moving in here are ghetto. Unfortunately what rent is on the peninsula it isn't worth it to move. I feel safe here coming home but I do keep my guard up. Also they always say we are at 90% and only have a few units available, yea right. Laundry, don't even get me started about that. Since November no laundry room, except on the other side of the complex. Swimming pool, again this summer one pool out of two working, something about trying to get the filter system fixed, it doesn't take a filter system to keep the pool free from leaves and rocks. Get someone off thier butt go clean it. Gee maybe Korin could do something besides make you feel you are intruding in her space when you go into the office. She always has some excuse to run you off. Yes the boys in the office have no clue neither to the girls. CLUELESS I TELL YOU. I don't know what Woodmount was thinking by putting these idiots in this place. Best of luck to anyone that rents here.
