I was with them for 8 months. When I had to break lease, they really tried to help me out (especially Brandon and Grant). They gave me ideas of how to get some body to take over the apartment as well. They are very quick to fix any maintainance problems. I recommended 3 of my friends to different units in the same complex and they are all very happy. Kind of surprising to see so many negative reviews. Even though I stayed for just 8 months and I broke the lease, they returned most of the deposit back. It has been the best experience ever for me.
