This complex looks very nice, but renters beware - the advantages and easily offset by the actual day-day living experience. Good location, but problems with damp, and bugs can really make living here difficult. The management is randomly pro-active regarding maintenance issues and very often, non-essential (urgent) maintenance does not get done. Environment is often key, and since we've been here, we have had a select no. of inconsiderate neighbours - sound carries well in this part of town, and unless you are used to noise at nights, keep this one off your short-list.
