New management jacked up the prices by 30%

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
We lived quietly until the property is sold to neighboring Miramar - which sucks and costly.
Since then, we received shocking notices of hikes in rent by 30% - which is like 300-400 dollars more. Also, they brought a huge garbage dumpster , 6-7 ft tall apparently to save some money. New management imposed garbage/water fees and removed the clubhouse to a GYM. This was like our home and suddenly they are making this place like commercial complex with Pepsi vending machines... yuck.. Stay away from this newly managed property.. This was the only property that was like home until now....
