Rental Office and Staff Could Care Less From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Renter beware. The apts. are nice and spacious, but take a long hard look around before signing a lease here. Our 2/2 1100 sq. ft. apt. has a lot of structural noise (pipes, water running, creaking, etc.) The stove has a pretend smoke vent (take a look above the vent, there is no where for the smoke to go when you cook! Our apt. smells like a kitchen all the time - no ventilation! Also, beware of the traffic noise if you choose an apt. next to Shell Blvd. or Bounty Dr. The traffic noise is unbearable especially in the evening & mornings (when you're trying to sleep!). The staff is only nice when you don't complain. A co-worker of mine asked for a quote and received a $200 discount on the same apt. I'm in! There is no negotiating with these people, they don't care if you're an unhappy tenant.
