I have resided at Foster's Landing since May of 1999 and have generally had a great experience. I have a beautiful second floor apartment with very high ceilings and a lovely location. The office staff and especially the maintenance employees have been attentive to the various requests I have placed. Regarding renewal negotiations, mine have been favorable. I came in at a high rate in 1999, and the management agreed to lower my rate on my most recent renewal. The leasing people are friendly and helpful and I plan to stay here until I purchase a home hopefully next year.
