This apartment looks great, roomy and sunny, but my good feeling stops just there. Rent increase was very high year over year,I feel like I was lured in, and later being ripped off. The worst is the management. They were very nice before signing me up, but turned very silly and careless when I asked them to resolve their problems. Stay away from this property.

I had the opposite experience with the management. Yes, the apartments are pricey, but try some other apartments in Foster City, you will find how good this one is.
