This is a very poorly managed property. Below is just a brief list of the problems:

1) Low class tenants reside in many areas.
2) Noise all hours of the night (from above).
3) Smell of reefer wafting from above tenant spaces.
4) Management escort perspective tenants past propped open pool gates, as well as many other fundamental problems without doing anything.
5) Exercise, tennis and basketball areas not maintained (all equipment broken for months and months).
6) Punks hanging out at all hours using profane language and up to no good.
7) Theft problem; I know of a client who's apartment was broken into and personal belongings stolen.
8) Unsafe conditions around tennis courts; a tall, end fence-support rusted through at bottom that's leans back and forth when the wind blows, held up only by fence.
9) Responses to problems slow and very poor. Apartment was unclean upon move in, with many things in disrepair.
