I moved out on Sep 10. I waited until Oct 21, and still didn't receive their final statement and refund deposit (on the agreement, they should send it to me in 21 days). I called and was told that I would receive it in the next week. I waited another three weeks, and still didn't see it. I wrote to them and told them I am looking for law assistance, and finally I received it yesterday. They also overcharged me $30 for late fee. After I called them again, the lady explained that was a computer mistake, and would refund me. Obviously, she is lying again.
