Mixed Bag with the leasing office

For the person who's irritated about FOster's Landing staff, I'm afraid you'll have to realize that not everyone gets treats for their pets. I sure don't -- and have had four unrelated and serious disagreements with the leasing office: (1) on two occasions they let unaccompanied strangers into my apartment even though I specifically asked ahead of time (and they each time agreed) that they would not hand out my key to delivery people, (2) treating me like a nuisance when I complained about this, (3) lying to me about the price offered to walk-ins vs. renewing renters (by the way, the price is higher for people renewing than for new tenants coming in -- and quite a big difference!!, and (4) ignoring my warnings that the dryer vent is clogged. Yes, this is a nice, quiet neighborhood. I like it. But no, the rental staff is not professional -- and obviously play favorites. My guess is that the person with no complaints is also the person paying a LOT more for their apartment than those of us who renegotiate each year based on market rates.
