Foster's Landing

NOT A GOOD APARTMENT COMPLEX TO LIVE IN!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I had moved here from L.A. about 6 months ago. At first, everything looked nice. The management was friendly, the surrounding looked good. After I signed the 1 year lease, management was not helpful ar all, everthing was "we'll take care of it", but things were not done. As I settled into my apartment, I started noticing some strange people walking around, normally I would not say anyhting about it but it happened a lot. I heard from a few neighbors that the complex was leasing the apartments out to section 8 and other programs. One time during the night, I was taking the garbage out to the dumpster and I passed by this apartment where people were smoking weed. They were smoking it on their porch and talking about spraying some people that messed with them. Foster City is a great place live, but not in this apartment complex. Also, I heard about those 20% rent hikes from others when your lease is over, but it doesn't matter to me, because I can wait for my lease to expire!
