The complex rents apartments to group homes for mentally disturbed adults. I know that is what at least one of the white vans mentioned below is for. I saw one of the caretakers beating on one of the mentally disturbed or retarded people in the parking lot. Also, witnessed some scary people who looked to be selling drugs. Lots of teenagers hanging around in the parking lots. Apartments are nice but cost way too much-not just money but peace of mind.
