yes there is a variety of people-
Kudo's to Foster's landing to have an
open mind..
To accept all (fair housing) & let them
live in society (not violent - and
they are harmless) - yes they may be
challanged BUT one has to start somewhere
what I understand from the office- they
only have 4 apartment on the complex.
This is a 490 unit property!

People love to complain, it's a fact - but do they give/spend the time to praise.

I did have a late fee- and yes- I did get a notice on my door... but really - I was late...tried to fight it, but they are computerized and it's in the lease I signed ---

I have lived in a varity of apartments-
this property is not at all bad as the negative people make it to be---

Really- visit and see-PLUS - they are remodeling each apartment- everything you get is NEW!

actually i don't love to complain & yes i do give/spend the time to praise... and umm did u actually live in the apt that u rented from them?? this post sounds like it was posted by one of the employees & not an actual tenant...

I don't love to complain either. I am performing a public service by informing other tenants of what to expect. Also, I do not believe that people that operate under illegal business practices and violate the rights of others have any right to be in business.
