I have lived in this apartment complex in 2005. I left the complex because I was no longer sharing the apartment and needed a studio.
Since then I have lived in Sand Cove, Harbor Cove and Shadow Cove apartments. I think Foster's Landing is the best place in Foster City. Not only the apartments are unique and spacious and nice the surrounding is very quite and pleasant. I lived in a apartment facing the Foster City Blvd, and I liked the view from my patio when I had my morning coffee. The management is really really great. I haven't seen a better management anywhere. My lease ended on a thursday, and they volunteerily let me keep the apartment until that weekend so that I had time to move. I was really touched.
Only problem is, they don't have elevators, so you will have problem moving the furnitures.

Suspect posting. They voluntarily let you keep the apartment...maybe under the former management. Actually, when I moved in I liked the managment, then it changed hands and went downhill. I would not live here today.
