Dishonest, deceitful, disgusting, and I'm only hitting the highlights. I've lived here over a year and it just gets worse. Way over priced. Paper thin walls. Less than adequate maintenance. In fact, small stuff like toilet mechanisms like toilet tanks that leak into the bowl I fixed myself. Granted, replacing a flapper isn't a big deal... but... after waiting two months and a dozen phone calls' If you're a voyeur, this *may* be the place for you. This is a bad complex, and the tenants need to stand up for themselves if will ever turnaround. Did you know that according to california civil code you have the right to break your lease if repairs aren't made. Start documenting, and send letters. Document all of the problems, and then send a letter. Do not communicate verbally. They are a corrupt. Go on Nolo.com you can find legal resources for tenants.
