I have been a renter all my life. i used to live at harbor cove (which by the way was the worst experience of my life!) i have lived here in foster's landing now for a little over 6 years. there is it's ups and downs. but HELLO PEOPLE IT IS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. after reading some of the reviews on here, i was ashamed! YES you will hear fire trucks and police sirens HELLO foster city is only about 4-5 miles WIDE! what do u expect! and to have crappy neighbors' well hello, welcome to apartment life. how is this fosters landings fault' i have had great experiances here, the leasing staff has always treated me well, know my name, and have called me up at times to inform me when i have a package i didn't even know i had!!! (ups forgot to stick the note on my door.) so i hear all these complaints and "advice" about how to get out of your lease'! thats a little bitchy isn't it' it's an apartment! if your not happy, move out and i suggest buying a house, if you are happy then stay. i love living at foster's landing and will continue to do so.

you are pathetic. I find it objectionable that people like yourself (who is probably a property manager), instead of just simply acknowledging his/her experience find it necessary to deny, and comment on everyone elses. Good for you, you have been lucky, I hope it continues. None the less, the warnings here are resonable, and this company is a large corporation with little or no regard for tenant rights. Good luck.
