Easy access to 92 affords crime, and saw some suspicious activity around the complex. Cop cars speeding by, etc. If you fulfill your lease, and don't complain about anything you will probably think nothing of your time here, but don't expect fair dealing when it comes to charges for utilities, move-out inspections, and deposit. Regarding the utilities, the due date always changes, and the amount I owed increased approx 30%, inching up every month! I travel all the time, and when I requested explanation none was provided. I think they pawn off charges for cleaning empty units or something onto the tenants. I live in another unit in foster city and my utilities for water, sewer, and trash are 1/3 that I paid at fosters landing. Also, I contacted their utility co. to find out why I was being charged more than the stated flat rate and accidentally the person on the phone offered that the rate was less than that on my bill! So not only did they charge more than flat rate, they were charging a figure that no one can account for. I have called since, and somehow I am always hung-up on. Also, their Landscapers will blow the sticks, small rocks, and leaves right at your car. My car was also vandalized on two separate occassions while parked in the carport. If you live on the first or second floor you can hear the pipes screeching every time your upstairs neighbor turns on the water. So the pipes are not properly insulated, if at all. All smoke and mirrors here, they seem nice and it all looks good, but once they got ya all bets are off! Avoid this place, they will take you for what they can and they know they can get away with it.
