There are some homeless looking people hanging out on the parking lot everyday. There are LOTS of pet poops in the sandpit of the playground. There are pet poops in the community.
It takes them 3 days to get back to me on a maintanence request. Bedroom window does not close very well. Wind comes in at night. Window screen fell off.
Water and garbage bill is very expensive ($70 ).
Be prepared to LOSE ALL YOUR DEPOSIT and PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGES when move out. I have never paid such a hefty move out cleaning charge in my 10 years' apartment living. I only paid $200 once before in a different apartment in California and $0 in a couple of other apartments. Boy, Foster's landing really ripped me off this time!
