Very Acceptable

I lived at Foster's Landing for 7 months and it was very acceptable for me. The apartment was nice and the grounds were well-maintained. I was on the second floor so I had a little noise from above but it wasn't too bad. I only had one maintenance issue with the washing machine and it was taken care of quickly.
This was one of the few properties that allowed pets AND has in-unit washer/dryer. Most of the others do not allow pets and require use of community laundry facilities. This community was also less expensive than the others I considered in this area. So this was the most ideal place for me.
Anyone looking to move to the Foster City area... consider that the fire and police stations are right around the corner and generate a lot of noise a few times a week but never after bedtime so I considered that a minor issue.
I have a dog so the dog park across the street was a great amenity for me. I met several other dog owners on the property and they were super-friendly.
If you're moving from a LCOL area... it's very expensive. I'm from the east coast and the costs were outrageous to me so I moved back. But that's just my personal choice.
Overall I would recommend this property.
