I had only looked at apartment complexes that allowed pets and had washer/dryer in the unit, so there was only a handful of places in Foster City and Foster's Landing was by far the best place out of the 4 ... more

There are some homeless looking people hanging out on the parking lot everyday. There are LOTS of pet poops in the sandpit of the playground. There are pet poops in the community. It takes them 3 days to get back to ... more
