Major Plumbing Issues and Horrible Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Have lived here almost 2 years and about to move out due to the bad plumbing. Found out from maintenance that the tree's roots are growing through the sewer lines and there is nothing they can do, short of major construction. The management is very lazy, unreliable, cheap and difficult to deal with on every level. She constantly blames the tenants for problems that are beyond any renter's controls. One woman just moved in and her toilet overflowed causing raw sewage to flood the bottom floor of the unit. Our toilets are beginning to have issues and we were told it was our fault. We are on our way out as soon as possible. Also, you will not get your security deposit back, they do not return it under any circumstances, the management pockets the money. This place needs to be destroyed, it is beyond repair.
