I have live at the Franciscan for 1 year and the proberty is scerene and beautiful. We are in Foster City so we are on landfill which has its 'plumbing' downfalls but they handle them well here and are very curteous about it.
There is a new property manager and new maintenance staff as of January 2003 and things are looking great!
The work orders are handled within 24-48 hours and emergency work orders are handled same day...ASAP!
I know a lot of people that live here, some even since the property was built in 1965. It is a friendly environment and I love it here :) Having a townhome here is the next best thing to owning my own home.
