This place can only be compared to having your own home. Yes, it is oldest apartment complex in Foster City but it was nicely planned. Plenty of common areas, grass, parking. Rent is reasonably priced. Apartments are huge (at least 2 bedroom townhomes), exceptionaly quiet, plenty of storage space, private patio. Time tells on the property but I don't think somebody could possibly maintain the property better.

We moved out because we bought a place of our own but month before we moved wild duck nested on our patio for few weeks and we had a backyard full of 14 cute chicks. If you don't trust your nesting instinct try looking at birds.

If I have to look for the apartment in Foster City I would go to Franciscan without looking anywhere else.
