Years at this apartment: 2002 - 1999
 
This complex is old and no rehab has been done anywhere. Management keeps changing, laundry rooms and gym area are dirty and the grounds are full of recently-dug holes to fix the pipes underground.
I was tempted by the lower rents but you really do get what you pay for. Hope this helps someone else.
