These townhomes are great, management is great, cute squirrels everywhere, well kept grounds, etc. Fitness room is fine, pool area is fine, parking is fine. and the rent' are you kidding'' you'll be lucky to find a one or two bedroom APARTMENT in this incredible area for the same price as a 2 bedroom TOWNHOME here! If you read a bad review about the Franciscan, it's probably from someone who got evicted for not paying rent, disturbing the neighbors, using drugs or for being a moron. Ignore them and see for yourself. By the way, I'm not affiliated with the management or complex in any form and have lived here for awhile.
