Realy bad place to live in.
Listen to my story please:

The walls of the buildings are so old that no way watter wont get into the appartmnt.
On the last winter, the interior of my appartment got fungic everywhere, I asked to fixed that problem or to move to another appartment in the complex. The manager, Larry his name said that I need pay for the cleaner and for the painters. I was shocked because I was excpected from them to fixed it since its theirs problem. Anyway, I moved out of the complex. They charged me $275. They said I left the appartment not clean.

They did not saiy true, it was cleaned by me and my wife.

Not recommended to anyone.

BTW: When I looked for appartment here in Foster city, I met two of my neighbours (two different families) in the next apprtment building looking for to move, they had other reasons such as fluids..
