Rude Manager.. Dirty Place..

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
This is the worst apartments I have ever lived in ... They have changed 4 managers in last two years and except 1 all of them were very rude. Instead of fixing problems they keep saying that if you do not like the place then why don't you move out...
There is a huge pile of debris next to my apartment for last 7-8 months and still they are saying that it will take another month to clear it. I see apartment workers dumping more debris in that area. I have talked to city and they say that it is between you and apartment and they cannot do anything.
The only way something can be done is by going to a court and suing them, I guess.
