It's a mixed bag here.

The good: Complex is less than 3 minutes from Hwy 92. Stores are also nearby. Floor plans of units are OK. My area of the complex is quiet and safe. Management has addressed all issues within 3 days. Laundry facilities are fine. Decent value for the money with the one month free offer. Many neighbors are from other countries and are respectful if not gregarious.

The bad: The manager is not very friendly. A stove in need of repair lingered in front of the rental office for weeks. Other old fixtures (refrigerators, bathtubs) are often left in an unsightly way near the dumpsters for a long time. A refrigerator left by the dumpsters once still had the doors attached which is illegal since kids have been known to suffocate after locking themselves in discarded refrigerators and there are a lot of kids here. In my unit the gas stove is hard to light, the dishwasher is not very secure and the garbage disposal used to sound like it was chewing metal.

The Ugly: There is a plumbing replacement project that has been going for over seven months; the grounds are quite torn up. Pool and jacuzzi are dirty. Exercise equipment is tired. We were told we could not have satellite TV because it looks unsightly, yet I have spotted many dishes in the complex.

I would reluctantly recommend this place since most places of this age have their issues and I've lived in far worse places.
