You supposedly pay for a place with a workout center, pool and jacuuzi but as stated earlier the workout equipment is depressing. The swimming pool is not heated at all. If you aren't from the area, you can't have a pleasant unheated pool if you are north of San Jose on the Penninsula. The jacuzzi barely passes as luke warm bath even in the warm months. It can't be that costly to heat! The pool area actually closes in the "winter months" but I don't believe they tell you that when signing the lease.
You get one spot for your parking even if you have multiple bedrooms. There are some other spots but it gets pretty tight and some of you neighbors hog one spot by not moving their extra car/bus for weeks at a time. The laundry is on a card system..which is nice enough. The ground go between reasonably pretty to construction zone. There are lots of spiders and some ants but no roaches or rodents as far as I've seen. Appliances and decor are dated. Location is good.

biggest complaint: Noise from the dumpsters and recycling bins (especially at 2 AM when someone, probably not a resident, is digging for recyclables) aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
