The apartment is quite old. Many things are not working well. The hot tub is not heated enough. The workout equipments are broken and not fixed after multiple complains, making the facility useless.

One of the older office staff is really nice but he only works once a week. The newer guy is awful. He is very belittling and very rude. Most complaints were dealth with in an inappropriate manner. There are other properties which offer better value for your money.
