I love Franciscan!

Despite earlier comments / reviews I love my apartment at The Franciscan. Perhaps management has been changed, but I never have a problem with maintenance, etc. The pool is not heated October thru April but so far that has not been a problem for me. Very charming complex, and the neighborhood is excellent!!!!!
