Not thrilled at all

It's cheaper than the others, but quality suffers.
Do not expect new appliances or quality repairs inside. The Mexican guys who do the repairs are sloppy with paint and caulking. The carpets are old and dirty, and you have to beg to get them changed. They say they cannot do ANYTHING until you move out, and, if you want them decent, you have to hire a company to clean them.
The heater is the worst. We had to buy oil heaters for every room, because the furnace is a 100 yrs old and does not work properly. They changed it after repeated requests, but it's still unusable. The master bedroom is ice cold, and downstairs is way overheated and keeps blowing and blowing hot air (never mind the thermostat; no matter what temperature you set, it gets to be 90 degrees there)
While the new manager (Ronald) is very nice and helpful, the property is poorly maintained due to cheap ond often incompetent hired labor and constant ongoing construction. The construction started 4 years ago, when we just moved. It is STILL in process. This complex has a major problem with pipes. Every time it rains, the area gets flooded.
Laundry machines get broken very often, and dryers do not dry properly. God knows how much money we wasted on laundry! Laundry facilities are dirty, lots of lint and hair, no one cleans them, and the floors get washed maybe once a month.
The gym has very old equipment and the pool is not heated most of the time. There is no shade, and the umbrellas got broken last year, but they have never gotten new ones.
This is a huge complex, with lots of kids, who bike on parking lots (very unsafe!). They make a lot of noise, too. After school is over, don't expect any quiet times.
Recently, some cars were broken into, including ours. Broke glass and ripped out our stereo. After the incident, the management installed cameras on the parking lot.
Overall, I would not recommend to live here, and the prices are up, too. They actually rent a 3-bedroom for $2,400, which is a rip-off for what you will get.
