I lived here for 4 years and there is not one good thing I can say about this guy. He is unfriendly and unwelcoming to guest and tenants. The apartments are not updated. Whenever we asked for a repair to be done it would either be patched up badly or done 3 weeks later, but you if you did anything that in the managers eyes was not okay you would get a letter the next day. I felt more like I was renting a room then an apartment. The Gym I don't think should even be called a gym , all the machines never worked.The pool was always claimed to be "heated" I don't know what there definition of heated was but that pool was freezing all year round. The Jacuzzi was never clean.Our patio fence was so old it was ready to fall over.
Imagine that to my surprise one day I get a letter on my door demanding that i wash my car!! I moved out about a year ago, I could not believe how evil this manager was.Every apartment that I put an application in I got denied and I didn't know why''' One of the managers was nice enough to tell me that the manager at the franciscan was giving me a bad review (a personal review) He began to tell me that the manager called me a hot head, loud, and overall a bad person, he said that he would never rent to me again. I was outraged because in my eyes the manager was a hot head, loud and overall a bad person.I could not believe he was making these things up about me. So becareful if you decide to move here ,if the manager doesn't like you ,he'll show it!!!

The owners of this run down apartment complex are in Asia and are too cheap to fix it up. It hasn't changed. We lived there from 1995-2002. What I can't believe is that the City of Foster City allows it.
