Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008
I had been lived at Franciscan for 6 years. There were different managers
in the first several years, they were not very friendly but they took care
my requests anyway. Three years ago they changed a new manager, he is a
very nice and friendly easy going manager. Sometimes it took him for a while to
fix the problems, but it was a reasonable time.
Very charming and cozy place to live. Some area can still been approved but
overall I really enjoy it.
