Harbor Cove Apartments

Most incompetent management greate location though.......!!! From: rshahi11 Date posted: 2/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   I have not lived in many apartments in bay area since i came from India. Normally when it comes to maintenence issues i feel this was a great apartment when i had moved in 1999 sep. Surprised to know that only two old ladies Gloria and the other i do not know, used to run this entire community with not a force of maintenance staff. Then the owner charged them that they are not making enough profit so handed over to another management Co. Probably Western Property based in LA. When these guys came everything was hunky-dory. Started behaving like aliens.For small issues they would say, " next time we gonna chanrge you". Now these guys have a staff who first of all understands scarce english and to make matter worse does not listen. Unfortunately she is the only one who is serving this from the time new management took over. I am still living here because the location suits me but would not recommend others if there is no other advantage like extremely low rents......!!
